Manifest that sh*t
I am a firm believer in the power of vision boards.many moons ago I used to think they were a bit silly and a waste of time but then I grew up lol. As an incredibly visual person it is so nice to see and walk past your goals every single day. Mine is posted up right in my entry way and is my phone and work laptop background. It helps change your mindset and allows you to visualize these goals as if they have already happened. You can begin to picture yourself there, doing the thing, checking the box, drinking that specific wine and it’s quite magical.
this is my 5th year making a vision board and it’s crazy to look back and see how far I’ve come and how much my life has changed in such a short period of time. Kind of makes me emotional because I am so stinking blessed or maybe my period is fixing to start idk LOL
anyway… 10/10 recommend taking the time to understand what your goals are for the year. It doesn’t have to be a vision board, it can be as simple as an iPhone notes app situation as well. This isn’t a one size fits all by any means.
Id also like to point out you can make these literally whenever you want #freewill. I typically make mine before the end of the year to set my intentions for the new year but this is your life and your timeline. I’ve been telling my friends that even though January is technically the new year, I’m treating February as the start. In January I’m setting my intentions, I’m getting things organized and set up. February is when I’m going to start doing the actual shit if that makes sense. So please for the love of god give yourself some grace.
Vision Board Supplies:
Bulletin board
Push pins
Photo prints
CVS always has a coupon code for photo prints. I think I got all of my pics for $7. This doesn’t have to break the bank and costs less than your go to chick-fil-a order.
